No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy for Free Appointments

By booking a free appointment with Ji or any of their associates, you agree to the following terms:

1. 48-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice Required – You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your free appointment.

2. No-Show or Late Cancellation Consequences – If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without proper notice:

   • You forfeit eligibility for all future free offerings, including free consultations, courses, or any other complimentary resources.
   • You will be removed from all free offerings and access will be permanently revoked.

Intellectual Property (IP) Protection Policy

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials provided through Midwoofery® and Puponomics™, along with any associated contributors, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any protected materials is strictly prohibited.

Violations include but are not limited to:

• Copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing course materials, documents, videos, or proprietary content without express written permission.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and personal consultations, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

If a dispute arises related to these Terms, products, services, or any interaction with Midwoofery®, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration rather than litigation in court.

Arbitration Terms:

• Virtual Arbitration Preferred – If available, arbitration will be conducted virtually.
• Jurisdiction of Arbitration – Arbitration will be held in a jurisdiction of Midwoofery’s choice.
• General Legal Jurisdiction – For any non-arbitrated disputes, the governing jurisdiction is Maricopa County, Arizona.

By using this Site or purchasing products/services, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Materials and Communications Sent to Midwoofery
